  • Create your account and passphraseSign up, choose an encryption passphrase and your base currency, and save your recovery code in the three-step setup wizard.
  • Unlock says the passphrase is wrongThe unlock page rejected your passphrase. Check which passphrase it wants and which account you're signed in to, or reset it with your recovery code.
  • Forgot your passphrase?Reset a forgotten encryption passphrase with your recovery code. You choose a new passphrase, and your original recovery code keeps working.
  • Change your passphraseSwitch to a new encryption passphrase from Settings. You need your recovery code, even when you know your current passphrase.
