Jump to the right web page from your AI
On this page
Some things in Pennyweight happen in the web app: billing, your passphrase and two-factor, the list of connected AIs, and connecting a bank. Ask your AI and it gives you a link straight to the right page, so you don't have to hunt through menus. You need Pennyweight connected to your AI first; see Connect your AI.
How to do it
- Tell your AI where you want to go, in your own words: "take me to billing", "open my security settings", "show me what my AI has changed".
- Your AI replies with a link. Click or tap it.
- Sign in if asked. Pages that show your data ask for your passphrase if this browser hasn't unlocked it yet.
Take me to billing.
Where do I contact Pennyweight support? Give me the link.
Give me a link to my transactions page, filtered to Lucky Noodle House.

What you'll see
Your AI answers with a short message and one link. Most links go to a page in the web app. Help, support and contact go to the contact page on pennyweight.ai instead. If your AI asks for a place Pennyweight doesn't have, it gets back the full list of places it can link to and can try again.
Good to know
- It's a normal page link. It's the page's usual address, with nothing in it that signs you in. Anyone who opens it still has to sign in to your account.
- Search phrases stay out of the link. Your AI can add short ids or dates to a link. Pennyweight drops any value that contains a space, such as a search phrase or a multi-word merchant name, and the link still opens the page without that filter.
- Some pages have no shortcut. Categories, People and the section labelled Profile in Settings aren't on the list. Open them from the web app's menu.
- "Profile" means AI personalization. Asking for your profile or preferences opens AI personalization, where you tune how your AI works with you.
- Reconnecting a bank needs a different link. A link to connect a bank opens the page for adding a new bank. To repair a connection that needs signing in again, ask your AI to check your bank connections; when one needs it, the check returns a reconnect link. See Check whether your bank connections are working.
- Your AI can't make these changes itself. Billing, passphrase and recovery changes, and adding or revoking AI connections happen on the web. To remove an AI's access, see Manage and revoke AI access. For what each side can do, see What you do on the web vs with your AI.
